We collect only what you choose to share and what is needed to respond to you or send the updates you asked for:
We use your information to respond to enquiries, to send the specific communications you opted into, and to improve what we publish. We do not sell your personal information.
You can opt out of the ETEGY community and launch lists at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect direct replies to an enquiry you started.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to the information you share, including encrypted transmission and access controls limited to the people who need it.
Retention. We keep contact and subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. One-to-one enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the relationship, or as required by law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis for sending marketing email is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. You also have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
