How to read what this says

Three kinds of statement appear above, and they carry different weight. What you reported restates your own answers. What follows is entailed by what the engagement requires — checkable against the engagement page itself. What we have seen is practitioner judgment from ETEGY mandates, and is marked as such wherever it appears. Nothing here reports a rate, a benchmark or a probability, because no sample exists that would support one.

How this was decided

Responses are classified using a version-controlled routing heuristic (DR-2.1) evaluated across the GSDPI™ lifecycle in order. There is no composite score, no percentile and no benchmark. The result is a classification based on what you reported — not a measurement of organizational maturity or performance. ETEGY does not require personal information to complete this Health Check; non-identifying interaction data and derived result categories may be captured through standard website analytics. This Health Check is not conducted under any university research protocol.

What this Health Check evaluates

A transformation should be traceable from a strategic objective, to the operating change that objective requires, to governed work, to evidence that supports the value claimed. Where that line of sight breaks, programs continue to report progress while the enterprise keeps working the way it always did. This Health Check looks for where the break appears.

It reads six conditions across the GSDPI™ lifecycle:

whether strategic objectives can be translated into identifiable operating conditions rather than deliverables

whether work enters and is prioritized under explicit governance

whether execution has changed how the work actually runs, including at its exceptions

whether governance can make consequential decisions rather than report on them

whether benefits can be traced to the work that produced them

whether findings become durable operating-model changes rather than closing against deliverables

It does not evaluate the quality of your corporate strategy. The test is whether the transformation has a legible connection to that strategy and to the operating condition that has to change for it to hold.

Who this is for.

Written for the people accountable when a transformation has to be defended rather than described — Chief Transformation Officers and transformation executives, TMO, PMO and EPMO leaders, executive sponsors, strategy and operations executives, and the directors and vice presidents carrying major programs. It is useful whether the program is being scoped, being formed, or already in flight.
